I hate exercise! But Squats starts off slowly and Ive been able to keep up all along.

I paid for this app and while I think it is great and can be used to make a positive change in your life. I am constantly asked to review the App and subject to advertising de other products even though I load for this app. I do not like this and will write this again when next prompted to review the app.

Separate apps and fixing a goal

Too bad all apps are separated. Need to switch from one to the other no full picture of your training. Like the idea of progressive training but at some point would like to set a maximum that suit me or a sequence that I can maintain not 150 in one set 4 times 20 might be a realistic goal to maintain for some

Great app for a regimen

mostly good, one glitch

The app is a bit oversensitive and often interprets small movements as squats, counting down accordingly. I usually have to keep track and do those extra squats at the end, which is annoying. Otherwise, its an awesome app. I use the pushup one too.

Totally impressive

Ive always been decently fit but I cannot commend this app for accelerating the increase in the number of reps Im able to do. A few weeks after starting and Im feeling that reaching my goal of 5 sets of 100 reps is definitely going to happen. And soon.

Not one to add any comments, either good or bad.... So heres me popping my cherry. From using this app, on and off(really sticking with it lately), I can say starting off I was slightly better than the average, but now Im struggling to finish it off(currently starting my first set at 56squats). The full 5stars werent used due to not enough of a motivation to get me going(besides the schedule, but that still wasnt enough for me to get motivated and Ill pass it up). Still a great app to help get you started and get you somewhat of a pro:)

Disappointment

Purchased the Pro app and it will only worked for 4 days, frozen since January 12, 2016, after many emails, nothing was done, I have updated, uninstalled, installed back like a million times, all they told is a should contact apple for a return of my money!
